Conservation Banking
Similar to mitigation banking, we purchase key lands (or partner with landowners) that are known to support threatened or endangered species in advance of our clients’ mitigation needs. We permanently protect these habitats by partnering with nonprofit organizations to put conservation easements in place. Once protected, we work to implement management plans designed to ensure the protected species will have suitable habitats forever.
