Mitigation Banking
In advance of our clients’ mitigation credit needs, RiverBank locates and purchases lands (or partners with key landowners) with degraded stream and wetland resources. We restore these lands to pristine conditions by reconstructing channels, re-establishing natural hydrology and planting native plant communities. Our bank sites are permanently protected by working with nonprofit organizations to put conservation easements in place, protecting these resources for generations to come.
